The Bhartiya Janta Party’s leader, Pramod Sawant took oath as new Chief Minister of Goa on tuesday in a ceremony held at 2 am. The new deputy Chief Minister is likely to be announced by end of the day. The 45-year-old takes over from former defence minister and four-time CM of Goa Manohar Parrikar, who was cremated at the Miramar beach on Monday.
