Prabal Basu has been appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd. The appointment is in effect from August 1.
Prior to his appointment as the CMD, Basu was the Director (Finance) in the PSU overseeing its finance and IT functions of the manufacturing and service businesses.
