CSS officer Rajiv Manjhi has been appointed as Director, Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (lSTM).
Lately with a notification the competent authority has mandated CSS officer Rajiv Manjhi to be appointed as Director, Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (lSTM).
Manjhi will be serving under the Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure up to the date of his superannuation on 30/09/2028 or until further orders. He replaces Sumita Singh, CSS.
