IAS officers Puneet Kumar Goel and Tanmay Kumar have been posted in the Secretary rank at the Center.
IAS Puneet Kumar Goel, IAS (AGMUT:91) who presently is serving in the cadre, has been appointed as Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, Ministry of Tribal Affairs in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.
On the other hand, IAS officer Tanmay Kumar (RJ:93), Special Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has been designated as Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change vice Ms. Leena Nandan, IAS (UP:87) upon her superannuation on 31.12.2024.
