IAS officer Priyatu Mandal has been appointed as Director & Head of the Institute, Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee National Institute of Water and Sanitation (SPM-NIWAS).
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved appointment of Shri Priyatu Mandal, lAS (HP : 2006) as Director & Head of the Institute (JS level), Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee National Institute of Water and Sanitation (SPM-NIWAS), Kolkata.
Priyatu Mandal will be serving under the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation with pay at Level 14 (Rs.1,44,200-2,18,200/-) of the Pay Matrix for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
