Ponnuraj appointed PS to Union Railway Minister

The 2000 batch IAS officer of Karnataka cadre, V Ponnuraj has been appointed PS to Sadanand Gowda, Union Railway Minister. Prior to this he was serving as OSD , Office of Chief Electoral Officer of Karnataka.
