Nripendra Misra, a retired IAS officer from Uttar Pradesh cadre who was working as Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of India has submitted his resignation. Nripendra Misra is among the most outstanding officers, who has a great grasp of public policy and administration. Misra was former Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) chairman and served as a regulator from 2006 to 2009.
