PM MOdi witnessed the launch of PSLV C23

Today at 9:52 AM from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, India Successfully launched  ISRO PSLV C23 rocket containing five foreign satellites from four countries, Prime MInister Narendra Modi who witnessed the launch, describes it as an endorsement of the country’s space capabilities, Indian Space Research Organisation’s workhorse Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle PSLV-C23 placed all five satellites into their intended orbits, one after the other between 17 and 19 minutes after liftoff, in textbook precision.
