Jharkhand’s IAS officer Ravi Shankar Shukla will be receiving PM’s Award for Transformative Governance.
In a significant recognition of administrative excellence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will honor 2012-batch IAS officer Ravi Shankar Shukla, Deputy Commissioner of Jharkhand’s Seraikela-Kharsawan district, with the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration 2024. The prestigious award acknowledges the district’s exceptional performance under the Aspirational Block Programme.

The award will be presented during the Civil Services Day celebrations on April 21 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, where Mr. Shukla’s leadership in driving holistic progress in one of India’s most challenging regions will be celebrated.
