Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived Chennai to pay tribute to late Tamilnadu Chief minister J. Jaylalitha. Before this Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu, who visited the hospital to enquire about her health yesterday briefed the Prime Minister. He, however, did not speak to the media.
