Pay matrix upgradation has been granted to IPS officers Praveer Ranjan and Amit Garg at the Center.
In a recently issued notification from the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved appointment of AGMUT cader IPS officer Praveer Ranjan, (1993) as Special Director General (Level-16 in the pay matrix) in CISF.
IPS Praveer Ranjan is at present serving as ADG, CISF. His new appointment is on in-situ basis by temporarily upgrading the post held by the officer for a tenure of two years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
