Pachauri quits as IPCC chief after sexual harassment charges

R K Pachauri, resigned as Chairman of the United Naiton’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) after facing allegations of sexual harassment. A researcher at Delhi-based The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) has alleged that Mr Pachauri began harassing her soon after she joined the TERI in September 2013. Dr Pachauri has denied the charges.
