The 1982 batch IDAS officer, P N Sukul, Secretary in the National Commission for Minorities has been temporary upgraded to the level 17 of the Pay Matrix as a measure personal to the officer with effect from 22.4.2019 i.e. date of grant of Apex Scale to his immediate junior in the cadre.
