Sh. P. K. Malhotra, Secretray of Department of Legal Affairs has been accorded with the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Legislative Department vice Sanjay Singh on relinquishment of charge on completion of tenure on 30.09.2015, for a period of three months or till appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
