P. Chidambaram praised the Modi Govt for resuming the train service

Former Finance Minister and senior congress leader, P. Chidambaram has welcomed the Narendra Modi government decision to restore passenger rail service to selected locations. Praising the Modi govt he said that the same strategy should be followed in the future. Ministry of Railways said that it plans to start passenger train services in phased manner from May 12 and will run initially 15 pairs of trains on selected routes. P. Chidambaram has praised Modi govt decision in a tweet ans said, ” We welcome the governments decision to start the operation of passenger trains from one state to another with precaution. Road transport and air service should also be started.
