The 1988 batch IAS officer of Uttarakhand cadre, Om Prakash Li has been assigned with the additional charge of Principal Resident Commissioner by the Govt of Uttarakhand. Presently He is serving as Principal Secretary, Health, Govt of Uttarakhand.
