IAS officer Shiv Malviya has been granted transfer to Odisha Cadre.
The transfer has been granted to IAS Malviya on personal grounds in order to help him join his spouse in the Odisha cadre.
Young IAS officer of year 2023 batch Shiv Malviya hails from Assam-Meghalaya cadre. Now with the new order from the competent authority, he has been shifted to the Odisha cadre. This intercadre transfer is given to him following his marriage to an IAS of 2023 batch Odisha cadre, Kasturi Panda.
