Retired IPS Officer Narendra Kumar Amin has been granted a Notional Promotion to DIG Rank.
Following a recently issued directive by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, name of Retired IPS Officer Narendra Kumar Amin has been mandated for grant of a Notional Promotion to DIG Rank.
Years after his suspension and resignation, with the Home Department recognizing his eligibility for the higher post from January 1, 2017, Retired IPS officer Narendra K Amin has been given a notional promotion to DIG rank. He will now be serving on the post until further orders.
