IAS Nivedita Shukla Verma has been entrusted an additional charge.
Lately following a directive from the Competent Authority, an approval to the assignment of additional charge of the post of Chairperson has been mandated for IAS Nivedita Shukla Verma.
Thus with the new order Nivedita Shukla Verma has bee assigned an additional responsibility in the National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC), Cabinet Secretariat as the Chairperson.
Currently Nivedita Shukla Verma, IAS (UP:91) is serving as Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petro-Chemicals. She will hold the additional charge from 15.07.2024 to 28.07.2024 during the period of absence on leave of Shri Mukhmeet Singh Bhatia, IAS (JH:1990).
