The Minister of Road Transport & Highways and Shipping Nitin Gadkari is on a visit to Brazil for the second high level global conference on Traffic Safety – Time of Results.
At the global conference on traffic safety in Brasilia, the Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways and Shipping said that the Government of India is committed to improving safety, efficiency and sustainability in the transport sector and believes that only a safe system can be sustainable in the long run and that India fully endorses the “Safe System Approach” being advocated by the United Nations.
