The 2005 batch IPS officer of Bihar cadre, Nishant Kumar Tiwary has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty(OSD) to the Minister of State(I/C) for Power, New Renewable Energy and Minster of State in the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, R. K. Singh and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy.
