New responsibilities have been assigned to IPS officers Elamaran G and Anup Kumar as Superintendent of Police in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Year 2014 batch Indian Police Services officer Anup Kumar Singh was currently serving as the Superintendent of Police of Technical Services. Now Singh has been transferred as the SP of Amethi. He replaces IPS Elamaran G.
On the other hand, year 2016 batch IPS officer Elamaran G has been transferred to Mau where he will assume office as the Superintendent of Police.
