IAS officer Uttam Singh will be seen in new administrative role in the state of Haryana.
Year 2015 batch Indian Administrative Services officer Uttam Singh was at present serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Hisar. He has now been mandated to assume office as the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal.
IAS Uttam Singh replaces Anish Yadav (2014 batch IAS). Yadav has been posted as the Managing Director (MD) of Haryana State Federation of Co-operative Sugar Mills and Haryana Medical Services Corporation.
