IAS officers Neelam Shammi Rao and Punya Salila Srivastava have been shifted to new departments.
The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of IAS Neelam Shammi Rao (MP:92), Central Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, Ministry of Labour and Employment, as Secretary, National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.
On the other hand, IAS Punya Salila Srivastava (AGMUT:93) who is the incumbent Special Secretary, Prime Minister’s Office as Officer on Special Duty, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.
