The Delhi Police has sought a red corner notice against defence consultant Sanjay Bhandari who it suspects has fled India. A letter has been sent to the CBI with the request to forward it to Interpol for a RCN against Bhandari in connection with a case under the Official Secrets Act..Legal proceedings to declare him an absconder have also been initiated.
