Senior IAS Officer ( UP:1988) Navneet Sehgal has been posted as Principal Secretary Khadi and Gramodyog in Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Sehgal is considered a very bright and competent officer. He has done wonderful job in his previous posting as CEO UPIEDA which made Lucknow-Agra expressway.
