The 1987 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre, Naresh Kumar has been appointed as Chairperson of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC). Kumar will replace 1988 batch IAS officer Dharampal who was appointed as adhoc chairman of NDMC after Jalaj Srivastava was transferred to the Central government.
