The 1988 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre, Narendra Kumar is all set to moved back to his parent cadre. He has joined as Member (Admin), NHAI on April 1, 2013. Prior to his NHAI assignment he served Delhi Govt as Secretary, General Administration Department.
