The 1981 batch IA&AS officer, Nand Kishore, Addl Deputy Comptroller & Auditor General has been promoted to the post of Deputy Comptroller & Auditor General (Dy.C&AG) in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India w.e.f. 01.09.2016 vice Shri Balvinder Singh (IA&AS:1981) on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.08.2016.
