Names of new Indian Ambassadors to Jordan and Ukraine have been announced.
As per the recent directive from the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, the names of new Indian Ambassadors to Jordan and Ukraine have been announced.
1995 batch of IFS officer Ravi Shankar is the incumbent Additional Secretary – Ministry of External Affairs. Now he has become the Ambassador of India to Ukraine.
On the other hand, Manish Chauhan (1994 batch IFS), is at present serving as the Indian Ambassador to Portugal. Now he has been made India’s Ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
