The 1984 batch IAS officer from Punjab cadre, Nirmaljeet Singh Kalsi has been appointed as Advisor, Inter State Council Secretariat of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Prior to this he was serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
