The 2004 batch IAS officer of MN cadre, N. Ashok Kumar has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty(OSD) to the Minister of State for Human Resource Development, Dr. Satya Pal Singh in the Dept of Higher Education at the level of Deputy Secretary level.
