IRAS officer Mukta Shekhar & Sushil Mansing Khopde have been entrusted new roles at Centre.
IRAS officer Mukta Shekhar (1994) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, in waiver of the mandatory cooling off period. Now she will be serving on her post from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure upto the date of her superannuation on 31.03.2029, or until further orders, whichever is earlier vicei Vikas Anand, lAS (UT:2002).
Simultaneously, IPS officer Sushil Mansing Khopde (BH:1995) has been deputed as Add. DG (JS level), Directorate General of Shipping under the Ministry Ports, Shipping & Waterways. On the new post he will be serving from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure upto the date of his superannuation on 30.09.2029, or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Mr Kumar Sanjay Bariar IP&TA&FS (1993);
