The 1990 batch IP&TA&FS officer, Ms. Vandana Gupta has been appointed as Joint Secretary in National Commission for Women (NCW) under the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Govt of India. Prior to this she is serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Women & Child Development.
