The 1983 batch IAS officer of HP cadre, Ms. Upma Chawdhry has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary in the Dept of Sports, Govt of India with immediate effect and till the assumption of the charge of the post by Radheshyam Julaniya(IAS, MP:85). He is currently posted as Secretary in the Dept of Youth Affairs.
