The 1990 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre, Ms Sarada Muraleedharan Gomathi who was serving as the Chief Operation Officer (COO) in U.N. Development Programme in Dept. of Rural Development has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj for a period of five years.
