Ms Kapoor will look after the addl charge of FC in Railway Board

The 1976 batch IRAS officer, Ms Rashmi Kapoor has been appointed to look after the additional charge of  Financial Commissioner in Railway Board. Presently Ms Rashmi Kapoor, Additional Member (Finance), has been running the affairs as additional charge.
