The 1999 batch IAS officer of Punjab cadre, Ms. Bhawna Garg has been appointed as Deputy Director General(DDG) at the Joint Secretary level in UIDAI Regional office, Chandigarh. Prior to this Ms. Bhawna Garg who secured first rank in 1999 civil service was serving as Secretary in the Employ & Training Dept in Chandigarh.
