The 1981 batch IAS officer of Punjab cadre, Anjuly Chib Duggal has been appointed as special secretary in the expenditure department of the Finance ministry. She was additional secretary in the same department. Many other secretaries in the 1981 batch of IAS have been elevated to secretary level and await appointments.
