Over two dozen IRS officers have been empanelled for promotion to Chief Commissioner or Director General in the year 2024.
These new officers will be included in the main panel of the officers who are retiring on superannuation during the year 2025.
For the panel years 2024, over twenty four IRS (Customs & Indirect Taxes) officers have been empanelled for elevation to the grade of Chief Commissioner/Director General of Customs & Indirect Taxes (Level 16 of the Pay Matrix.
