IAS officers Mohit Yadav and Kesang Yangzom Sherpa have been assigned new portfolios.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of IRS officer Kesang Yangzom Sherpa, (lT:1995), as Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce. He will be serving for an overall tenure of five years upto 14.10.2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
On the other hand appointment IFS officer Mohit Yadav, (2002) has also been mandated as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) (Joint Secretary level), Department of Commerce. He will be serving for a tenure of three years, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Srikar K. Reddy, IFS (2001).
