Mohapatra join the race for Addl Secy, Legal Affairs

S K Mohapatra, who is serving as Joint Secretary & legal Adviser, Dept of Legal Affairs, is in the fray of Additional Secretary, Dept of Legal Affairs. Presently two posts are vacant with the Dept of Legal Affairs vice R Raghupati who retired on June this year and another one has fallen vacant after S S Chahar’s appointment as Member Secretary, Law Commission.
