- Ravi Kesar has been transferred and posted as Chairman, State Pollution Control Board on full time basis.
- Suresh Chug has made Chief Wild Life Warden.
- Arun Kumar Tikoo is now Director, Social Forestry.
- Suresh Gupta has been posted as Managing Director, State Forest Corporation.
- Ashwani Gupta as CCF (FCA).
- Rajeev Tiwari as Director, Forest Protection Force (FPF).
- B. M. Sharma as Director, State Forest Research Institute, J&K.
- Farooq Geelani as CCF Central.
- Javid Panjoo has been posted as Director Soil and Water Conservation.
