As many as three IAS officers has been transferred in Himachal Pradesh. The officers are :Anil Kumar Khachi has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary(PWD & Cooperation), Tarun Kapoor given addl charge of Additional Chief Secretary(Excise & Taxation) and Ram Dass Dhiman given the addl charge of Principal Secretary(Social Justice & Empowerment).
