Manoj Kumar relieved to join as Principal Secretary, Govt of Delhi

Manoj Kumar Parida, IAS officer, AGMUT 1986 batch, who is presently posted as Chief Secretary, Government of Puducherry, has been relieved to join as Principal Secretary, Government of Delhi.
