Major reshuffle of IAS officers in Tamil Nadu

As many as officers belonging to Indian Administrative Service(IAS) have been transferred and posted to different places in Tamil Nadu. Accordingly,

1. S. K. Prabakar has been posted as Principal Secretary, Public Works Department.
2. N. S. Palaniappan is Additional Chief Secretary, Energy.
3. Jag Mohan Singh Raju was made CMD, Tamil Nadu Energy Development Corporation (TEDA).
4. Mangat Ram Sharma, has been posted as Principal Secretary, MSME Department.
5. Dr C Chandramouli has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Commercial Taxes.
6. R. Venkatesan as Secretary, Tamil Development and Information Department.
7. A. Karthik as Secretary, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department with additional charge as Higher Education Secretary.
8. Apoorva, has been posted as Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation.
9. Dharmendra Pratap Yadav as Member Secretary, CMDA.
10. T. Udhayachandran as Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Salt Corporation.
11. C. Kamaraj, who will now hold the post of MD, Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation.
12. Ambuj Sharma holds charge of CMD, Indcoserve, Coonoor.
13. P Umanath as Secretary Expenditure, Finance Department.
14. T K Ramachandran is given additional charge as Director, Tamil Virtual Academy.
15. B Jothi Nirmalasamy as Secretary, Labour Department.
16. T. S. Rajasekar as Secretary, TN State Election Commission.
17. P. Amudha as Secretary, Labour and Employment Department with additional charge as Commissioner of Food Safety
18. L.  Subramanian as new Commissioner of Labour.
19. P.W.C Davidar as CMD, Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (TUFIDCO).
20. S. Swarna, who has been posted as Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, She will also be the Director of Anna Institute of Management.
21. P. Sivasankaran as Commissioner of Urban Land Ceiling and Urban Land Tax.
22. Dr K. Manivasan has been appointed as Secretary, Social Welfare Department, He will also be Project Director, ICDS
23. Md Nasimuddin as the State Commissioner for the Welfare of the Differently Abled;
24. R. Palaniswamy as Registrar of Co-operative Societies.
25. Shambu Kallolikar gets additional charge of MD, TN Slum Clearance Board.
26. Shiv Das Meena was made Principal Secretary, Public and Rehabilitation Department.
