Maharashtra Government has reshuffled 6 IAS officers; Abhinav Goel has simultaneously been appointed as KDMC Commissioner. Abhinav Goel is a 2016-batch IAS officer.
In a recent administrative reshuffle, the Government of Maharashtra has transferred six Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers to new roles across the state.
Mr. Abhinav Goel, a 2016-batch IAS officer and currently the Collector of Hingoli, has been appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC). An engineering graduate from Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Goel has previously served as the Collector of Dhule.
His appointment follows the transfer of Ms. Indurani Jakhar, also a 2016-batch IAS officer, who has now been posted as the Collector of Palghar.
