An IPS reshuffle has been witnessed in Madhya Pradesh where  3 police officers have been transferred.

The Madhya Pradesh government has announced the transfer of three IPS officers (all promotee officers) in a routine administrative reshuffle:

    • New Role: Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Urban Police, Indore

  2. Mr. Awadhesh Pratap Singh
    • New Role: Commandant, 36th Battalion, Special Armed Force (SAF), Balaghat
    • Previous Role: [Previous position if available]
  3. Mr. Rajendra Kumar Verma
    • New Role: Superintendent of Police (SP), Police Training College (PTC), Indore
    • Previous Role: [Previous position if available]

Purpose of the Reshuffle:

  • Strengthening urban policing in key cities like Indore.
  • Enhancing training capabilities at the Police Training College, Indore.
  • Optimizing operational efficiency in specialized forces like the Special Armed Force (SAF).
