The 1989 batch IFoS officer of Sikkim cadre, M L Srivastava who is presently posted as Joint Secretary(Akademies) in the Ministry of Culture has been appointed as Protem, Chairman of the Lalit Kala Akademi until the regular Chairman appointed.
