IRS Biswarup Das has been given lateral shift as Director, Union Public Service Commission.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the recommendations of
the Civil Services Board (CSB) for lateral shift IRS Biswarup Das to the post of Director in Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
A year 2010 batch IRS (C&IT) officer Biswarup Das is currently serving as Joint Advisor in NOMA (Deputy Secretary level). Now he will be serving on the new position with effect from the date of assuming the charge of the post for a period upto 10.05.2027.
